In this session, you will hear industry experts reflect on the key learnings for the AI and privacy governance community since Chat GPT’s launch. Each speaker will bring a different perspective to the discussion from their respective areas of expertise in financial services, technology, policy and legal services. The panel will investigate some high-profile generative AI mishaps, from bias to intellectual property infringement, hallucinations and contractual disputes. They will extract lessons on how to safely deploy generative AI from these real-life cases. The panel will also share thoughts about the different approaches implemented by legislators and regulators across APAC and other regions in the difficult task of providing frameworks and regulations for this fast-moving technology.
