The U.S. Senate confirmed two Republican commissioners to the Federal Trade Commission, Reuters reports. The new commissioners are Virginia Solicitor General Andrew Ferguson and Utah Solicitor General Melissa Holyoak, whom President Joe Biden nominated in July of last year. Additionally, the Senate re-confirmed Rebecca Kelly Slaughter, a Democratic commissioner, for another term on the FTC.
