The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied Meta's request to halt a Federal Trade Commission hearing over Meta's teen data monetization practices, MediaPost reports. In its ruling, the three-judge panel wrote, "Meta has not shown a likelihood of any unconstitutional proceeding occurring," after the company claimed the FTC's hearing would be biased.
