The Irish Times reports the High Court of Ireland dismissed allegations concerning the handling of an investigation into Google's real-time bidding system by Ireland's Data Protection Commission. The Irish Council for Civil Liberties alleged the DPC did not fulfill investigative obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation while carrying out its ongoing own volition investigation of Google's system instead of focusing on ICCL claims.
