BBB National Programs’ Center for Industry Self-Regulation published its TeenAge Privacy Program Roadmap, which aims to provide companies with an operational framework for addressing teen privacy in product development. The CISR noted the roadmap comes at a time of heightened focus on children's and teen privacy, and "little to no guidance specific to the teen audience." BBB National Programs Senior Vice President of Privacy Initiatives Dona Fraser said the roadmap is "an important step" and represents "a dedicated process for considering the unique needs of certain consumer groups."
