BBB National Programs’ National Advertising Division referred Quicken Loans to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission over Facebook and Instagram advertisements claiming “No Registration, No Log In,” MediaPost reports. The National Advertising Division referred the mortgage lender to the FTC because it does not participate in its self-regulatory process.
