Hello again, and welcome to 2017.
This foreword comes to you from just near the MI6 head office in London, which I assure you is purely coincidental.
This week's Digest covers many global matters, with Turkey, Japan, South Korea and a Privacy Tracker roundup of 26 countries.
Discussion continues over the NSW State Transit trial of 'free' Wi-Fi on public buses and the collection of commuter personal information. There's always a catch with anything that's free!
Microsoft announces privacy updates for Windows 10 with a new web-based privacy dashboard as part of the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update.
The March 2016 Philippines polling database breach is back in the news. A favorite saying of mine is "it's complicated." This definitely applies here.
It's well worth spending some time to read and digest. Every day I learn something new. Now, I'm off to visit museums of London.
