Cybersecurity law is a rapidly evolving area. Emerging laws and legislative reform make compliance a moving target. We will explore the new laws in this area, including NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act. We will also explore the overlapping incident reporting requirements across these laws, as well as DORA, GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the EECE.
