This workshop will introduce the core elements of AI risk management—how to identify, assess and mitigate risks from a company perspective. Participants will explore practical tools such as AI risk libraries and structured mitigation strategies, turning risk management into an operational and repeatable process. We will also look at how these approaches integrate with existing workflows to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Finally, the workshop will outline current standardization efforts and how adopting these standards supports global compatibility, responsible AI deployment and stakeholder trust. Supplementary handouts and additional resources will be available at the end of the session.
