Impostor syndrome is usually defined as feeling like a fraud and doubting your skills and capabilities. Studies suggest that this phenomenon is more frequently experienced by women than men. Forbes has even reported that around 75% of female executives experience impostor syndrome in the workplace. Thus, becoming a privacy leader requires us to better understand imposter syndrome and the ways to make it our best friend.
Â
How does the rise of artificial intelligence impact leadership in the privacy domain? Could it be a solution to overcoming impostor syndrome or a barrier to leaders in privacy, especially women?
Â
