Remember NAFTA? Now it’s called the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA for short. The new trade deal hammered out last month made headlines for the sometimes-heated negotiations between the U.S. and its neighbors to the north and south, but there was a lot that flew under the radar, including new language surrounding privacy and trans-border data flows.
