The U.K. government published its draft rules for governing the use of digital identities. The "trust framework" contains standards and requirements for organizations that provide and use digital identity services, including mandates for data management policies to explain how they use, protect and delete data, as well as inform users whenever any changes have been made to their digital identity. The U.K. government is accepting comments on the draft rules until March 11.
