- The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office is seeking feedback on draft guidance for services "likely to be accessed by children" within the scope of the U.K. Children's Code. The draft guidance includes answers to frequently asked questions, information on how to assess whether children are likely to access a service and case study examples. The consultation will be open until 19 May.
- U.S. Congressional Research Service updated its document on identifying minors online. The document outlines efforts some companies are currently using to verify users' ages, as well as potential challenges they present. It also includes recommendations for Congress as it considers protections for minors online.
