The group’s chair is Mary Ellen Callahan, CIPP/US, former chief privacy officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She works with Nancy Libin, the former chief privacy and civil liberties officer at the Justice Department, and special counsel Heidi Wachs, CIPP/US, who worked at Georgetown University as the chief privacy officer. Callahan helps clients on privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
