Presented this morning at the Privacy. Security. Risk. conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, the IAPP has named SAP as the winner of this year's HPE-IAPP Innovation Award. SAP is being recognized for its creation and development of Data Custodian, a multi-cloud software-as-a-service application that provides customers with data protection, transparency and regulatory compliance aid, among other data management functions, within a public cloud. IAPP Staff Writer Joe Duball spoke with members of SAP to discuss what makes Data Custodian a unique privacy-enhancing solution.
