Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing issued two fines for EU General Data Protection Regulation violations. SC Marsorom was fined 14,574.9 lei for not implementing sufficient security measures to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of customers’ personal information. It is recommended the company store personal data related to customer accounts for a shorter period. Globus Score was fined 9,713.14 lei for not providing the information requested by the DPA.
