  • Members of the European Commission issued a statement marking the five-year anniversary of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Vice President for Values and Transparency Věra Jourová and Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders called the GDPR "a decisive step in shaping the digital transition in the EU" that "strengthened and harmonised a fundamental right to data protection."
  • Ireland's Data Protection Commission reflected on the GDPR's anniversary with a podcast focused on children's data protection under the regulation.
