The Privacy Engineering Section Forum is back and chock-full of practical content to help those working in this rapidly emerging space. Hopefully, you already purchased your ticket, because, like the CCPA workshop, the PESF is sold out. This daylong forum features some of the world’s brightest minds in the field and touches on designing privacy into products, improving engineering outcomes with scalable privacy knowledge, the role of technologists at the FTC and insight from some of the folks at NIST to go over their draft Privacy Framework. W3C Strategy Lead and Counsel Wendy Seltzer will kick things off, followed by a 90-minute dive into engineering the analytics platform with privacy in mind. As a preview, Mode Analytics Director of Security and Privacy Rafae Bhatti, who will speak during the session, shared this Privacy Tech post.
