With more than 1,000 respondents to the 2019 IAPP Privacy Professionals Salary Survey, there was a lot of data to analyze. Much of this tall task was led by IAPP Senior Westin Research Fellow Müge Fazlioglu, CIPP/E, CIPP/US. In this post for Privacy Perspectives, Fazlioglu discusses the good and bad news and offers her thoughts on what can be done to address the gender gap.
