New Zealand's Office of the Privacy Commissioner released two interactive tools to help organizations understand the responsibilities associated with international data transfers. The Principle 12 Decision Tree helps businesses, particularly small- and medium-sized, work through whether the data they are set to transfer falls under conditions of Principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020. There's also the Model Contract Clauses Agreement Builder to help generate agreements between transferring parties.
