The Wall Street Journal reports justices for the Supreme Court of the United States offered differing perspectives following arguments in a case to clarify provisions of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Justice Samuel Alito led a faction of justices that showed concern for employee access to and potential abuse of sensitive data held by an employer. On the other hand, Justice Neil Gorsuch argued why the case and those on all other small crimes were being brought before the country's highest court.
