Citing a report by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, member of European Parliament's Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety István Ujhelyi criticized Hungarian authorities' handling of COVID-19 related data during the pandemic, The Budapest Times reports. Ujhelyi said authorities were unprepared for the amount of data that needed to be handled during the pandemic.
