Mobile data broker Kochava filed with a U.S. federal court to block an amended privacy complaint from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission from becoming public. The broker told the court the fresh lawsuit over alleged sensitive geolocation sales contains "false and highly inflammatory allegations clearly aimed at misleading this court and the public."
