The Irish Data Protection Commission submitted a draft decision to EU member states for its investigation into whether Twitter violated the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Euractiv reports. The DPC also sent a preliminary decision to WhatsApp for the company to produce its own submissions. Meanwhile, advocacy group Access Now released a report on GDPR enforcement ahead of its second anniversary, and NYOB Founder Max Schrems wrote an open letter on how his organization views the current state of several GDPR cases.
