Greek DPA issues statement on CSAM, children's data protection

The Hellenic Data Protection Authority released a statement regarding children's data protection in the context of child sexual abuse material. The Greek regulator said it is "absolutely forbidden to disseminate information and news that can directly or indirectly lead to the disclosure of the identity" of CSAM victims. Additionally, the authority said "dignity, personality, mental health and private sphere" of CSAM victims "has priority over the right to information of the public."
