The guidance addresses technical safety requirements "to assist application developers in creating secure solutions" with the aim of achieving goals of "confidentiality, integrity and availability."
- Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, published guidelines directed at health care professionals who work in an "individual capacity." The regulator addresses issues raised in the health sector, including the legal bases for processing, access to patient histories and more, while providing resources to understand proper data minimization and access limitation practices.
