U.S. Federal Communications Commission Chair Jessica Rosenworcel is aiming to stop domestic abuse victims from being tracked by their car's digital systems, Axios reports. Rosenworcel said the FCC must ensure automakers "understand the full impact of the connectivity tools in new vehicles and how these applications can be used to stalk, harass, and intimidate."
