The European Commission plans to present its proposal on artificial intelligence this week, and in an op-ed for Euractiv, European Economic and Social Committee Employers’ Group member Marie-Françoise Gondard-Argenti said it is “imperative” for policymakers “to think small first.” She said policies and initiatives must be tailored to micro, small- and medium-sized enterprises, while also being adaptable by large enterprises. “We need to make it easier for all companies to use these innovative technologies and to maintain their competitive advantage,” she said.
