The European Commission and China held a second "High-level Digital Dialogue" discussing issues including data regulation, artificial intelligence and cross-border flow of industrial data. The EU and China agreed to resume the China-EU Information and Communication Technologies Dialogue. "When it comes to AI, data, and other crucial digital assets, we have distinct approaches and systems," EU Commissioner for Internal Market Thierry Breton said, adding the dialogue "represents an opportunity to introduce our comprehensive digital rulebook."
