There's skepticism over the invocation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act in relation to public disclosures about President Donald Trump's COVID-19 treatment, ABC News reports. Polsenelli Shareholder Iliana Peters said Trump "owns the right to privacy over his medical record" while Ciitizen Chief Regulatory Officer Deven McGraw said, its possible Trump decided "which information is OK to disclose." Meanwhile, White House staff members are also withholding COVID-19 details over perceived "privacy concerns."
