Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, said insights from a survey of 50 municipalities are included in its supervisory and guidance activities for 2023. The DPA said the review "shows a general need for increased focus on deletion, rights management and measures when sending emails with personal data." Municipalities and regions were sent an individualized report with recommendations "for the problems relating to information security."
