Connecticut Attorney General William Tong published a report promoting compliance with the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. The report provides an update on compliance measures and notices given since the act went into effect 1 July 2023. "We remain ready to do our part, encouraging and guiding compliance, but prepared to undertake enforcement when necessary," Tong said.
