The Washington Post reports companies are using artificial intelligence tools and apps in the workplace to improve employee skills, well-being and connectivity. But some employees are concerned about data collection and privacy. Brookings Institution Center for Technology Innovation Senior Fellow Darrell West said disclosure is "the most important thing." He said, "People need to know how they're being monitored."
