Reuters reports Apple is mulling a potential ban on applications from its App Store if they do not adhere to the company's privacy changes. Apple Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federighi confirmed the potential ban and addressed criticism of the App Tracking Transparency feature while speaking at the European Data Protection and Privacy Conference. "When invasive tracking is your business model, you tend not to welcome transparency and customer choice," Federighi said. Meanwhile, WhatsApp criticized Apple over its plans for privacy nutrition labels.
