Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, seeks stakeholder feedback on potential guidelines for processing high-risk personal data. The ANPD's intention with the guidance is to "assist small processing agents in the evaluation of the processing of personal data carried out by them." The two-part questionnaire for feedback is aimed at processing agents and the general public. The comment deadline is Sept. 28.
