Brazil’s data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, released its Monitoring and Execution Balance Sheet of the Regulatory Agenda for the 2021-2022 biennium. The balance sheet provides an update of the ANPD’s progress toward various projects as required by law. Initiatives included developing internal rules and conducting strategic planning.
