A review of the artificial intelligence regulatory landscape in New South Wales identified governance, particularly related to privacy rights, as an area for improvement, InnovationAus reports. Addressing Parliament, Digital Government Minister Victor Dominello said he would give NSW a "B+ if measured against AI global best practice," based on the report. "AI is an area we cannot afford to get wrong or to play catch up," he added.
