El pasado 7 de febrero de 2023, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el acuerdo mediante el cual se aprueban los criterios de interpretación emitidos en términos de los artículos 199 y 200 de la Ley General de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública; 144 y 145 de la Ley General de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Sujetos Obligados.
