On Dec. 13, the European Commission released its highly anticipated draft adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Included within this latest draft is an update to similar privacy principles that were found within in the predecessor arrangement, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
