Web Conference: The CPRA Has Passed – What Does that Mean for Your Organization?

Original broadcast date: Nov. 13, 2020

While the world is largely focused on the results of the U.S. presidential election, privacy professionals undoubtedly have shifted some of their attention to the passing of California Proposition 24. Approval of Prop. 24 means the California Consumer Privacy Act will be amended to the California Privacy Rights Act, which includes the establishment of a new privacy enforcement agency, new definitions for personal and sensitive data with limits on use and sharing, and potential expanded breach liability.

Join us for this educational web conference to hear from one of the country’s top privacy and data security lawyers, Tanya Forsheit, as she shares how organizations can transition and focus their preparation.
