Kris Klein, LLB, CIPP/C is one of Canada’s leading experts in the application of the access to information and privacy laws in Canada. He is a founding partner of nNovation LLP and previously served as litigation counsel for the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and the Federal Department of Justice.
