Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) has released the names of the company executives being asked to testify at Tuesday's hearing before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law on such mobile phone privacy issues as sharing users' location data, Minnesota Public Radio News reports. Among those slated to testify will be FTC and Department of Justice officials, as well as Apple's vice president of software technology and Google's director of public policy.
