The American Marketing Association-New York's 2021 Future of Marketing Survey found 77% of marketers plan within the next three years to introduce technology that uses advertisements to influence dreams, ZDNet reports. According to the survey, 39% of consumers are open to the technology and 32% oppose it. The survey also found 54% of marketers want to collect consumers' location data, while only 41% of consumers support the idea. Consumers overall would like data collected to be limited to email, age and name, the survey said.
