Privacy advocacy group NOYB filed complaints in France alleging electronics store Fnac, real estate app SeLoger and health app MyFitnessPal illegally accessed and shared users' personal data, Cybernews reports. NOYB alleged the companies collected and shared user data with third parties for analytics once the apps were opened on Android smartphones. NOYB requested France's data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, fine the companies and have them delete the processed data.
