Member of Indian Parliament and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said there will not be an extension for the joint committee on the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019, The Hindu Business Line reports. "Most of the work of the committee is over. Now, a new chairperson has to be nominated. I hope this will not affect submission of report," Birla said.
