The U.S. Federal Trade Commission will enter a new multilateral agreement, the Global Cooperation Arrangement for Privacy. Participation in the Global CAPE will allow the FTC to cooperate with other involved agencies on data privacy and security law enforcement issues without entering into separate memorandums of understanding with each entity.
