Netzpolitik.org reports European Union member states unanimously approved the European Commission's draft adequacy decisions for the U.K. The approval of the draft decisions would  ensure data will continue to flow between the EU and the U.K. Following the approval from the EU member states, the European Commission will formally agree on U.K. adequacy, after which the final decision will be published. Meanwhile, the European Commission published its draft decision for South Korea's adequacy status.
