AdExchanger reports business-to-business intent data aggregator Bombora filed a lawsuit against ZoomInfo for potential violations of the California Consumer Privacy Act. Bombora alleges ZoomInfo unlawfully collects and sells personal data. Bombora Chief Privacy Officer Havona Madama said the suit aims to set a precedent for CCPA violations constituting a breach of California's competition laws.
