The training and education website belonging to World Rugby has been suspended following a data breach, the Irish Independent reports. The data breach took place May 3, with names, email addresses and encrypted passwords belonging to thousands of users among the compromised information. The data belonged to players, coaches and parents from all over the world. World Rugby’s main site, as well as more sensitive information, was not affected by the breach. The organization sent out emails to its subscribers informing them of the breach, while also notifying the Irish data protection commissioner of the incident.
