Nearly one month has passed since the Court of Justice of the European Union invalided the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield agreement. While the picture has yet to clear up since the CJEU's decision, Adam Schlosser, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, believes it is not time to give up on Privacy Shield just yet, writing, "simply leaving the Privacy Shield program or disregarding its principles would be a mistake, particularly for those organizations that have already built an entire sophisticated compliance program and developed products and services with Privacy Shield in mind," writes Schlosser.
